Creative Services Producer
WKBT-TV News 8 Now is looking for a Creative Services Producer. We value creative thinkers with internal drive to continually innovate and produce high quality video and online production. The right candidate will have the ability to shoot, edit, concept, and write commercial spots for local sales clients and station promotions and stay abreast of latest software, editing & videography techniques, and transfer knowledge to colleagues in department.
Must have experience shooting with the Sony FS7 and DSLR or similar cameras. Solid experience and proficiency with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Motion graphic design is needed. Candidates must have a sense of urgency, outstanding customer service skills and the ability to do great work under tight deadlines.
Essential skills needed:

Solid expertise with video cameras including broadcast quality and digital SLR

Experience with Sony and Canon camera systems a plus

Proficiency working with the Adobe Creative Cloud, primarily Premiere, After Effects, Audition and Photoshop

In-studio and on-location lighting and audio proficiency

Strong graphic and motion design talent

Experience piloting drones and/or Part 107 Certification preferred but not required

This is an intensive developmental program designed to provide the essential learning blocks for a successful career in journalism. La Crosse Community Foundation is currently hiring for two positions:
Grants and Scholarships Manager
We are currently hiring for this full-time position that will report to the chief operating officer and works closely with other staff and the Grants Committee to effectively implement the Foundation’s quarterly competitive grantmaking. This position also works closely with local high school personnel to facilitate the award selection process for our annual scholarship program, and student recipients to claim awards. Other duties include looking for opportunities to increase the foundation’s understanding and awareness of local nonprofit needs to support, enhance, and facilitate the programs offered through the foundation’s online nonprofit resource center

Affiliate Administrator
This .5 FTE position reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The affiliate administrator manages the accounting, fund administration, and cash flows of the Foundation’s affiliate partner(s), primarily La Crosse Neighborhoods Inc (LCNI). This position is responsible for supporting and communicating with affiliate partners and their related project leaders. Projects include various fiscally sponsored community efforts, events, and other charitable groups.
